Housing in Malvern isn’t the massive community stress point that it is in Auckland or even in Christchurch, but for those challenged by affordable housing in Malvern— well for them, perhaps for you—housing is a massive stress point at the individual or family level. We exist to be one part of an answer for your challenges. That maybe in advocacy, encouraging our Selwyn Council to live up to their stated vision around housing: to encourage developers to set aside small sections and opportunities for smaller and more affordable housing.
